[When Rei turns the feed on, the device is a little ways away from her, so the first thing that can be seen is her straightening and withdrawing her hand.

It is very quickly apparent that she's in the kitchen, probably baking, if the ingredients around her are any indication. She's a little messy and her expression is one of vague determination. She stares at the recipe book in front of her as though uncertain about the directions she's being given.

Why is she recording this? Well, it's either a silent invitation to come and eat the cake she's making, should she succeed in finishing it, or it's an equally silent solicitation for help, since she's never baked before in her life.]

[She glances between the book and the cooking area, trying to make sense of everything.]

Although she's never baked and is making a mess, it looks like she's doing okay so far. If anything, Rei knows how to follow directions.]

Alright, I think it's okay so far. Now you have to add the eggs.

Yes. [Rei does this carefully. She assumes that shells don't go in...or it would be crunchy and she has never eaten a crunchy cake. :|a]

[Rei does. You know, with a little practice, she could probably be pretty good at this whole cooking/baking thing. She's good at taking direction anyway.]

Yeah. [She gets another bowl and starts mixing some more batter-- they'll need a lot for that cake.]

I just hid in my room.

[She smiles a little, and then checks the recipe for the next step. Gotta make another batter.]
