second_first[Rei is sitting in the grass on the grounds, reading. Although she's "highly delusional"--what with thinking she comes from a post-apocalyptic earth and that she fights angels and is the vessel for a super-, proto-being from distant space--she's not considered violent or enough of a threat to be constantly contained.
She is not, however, supposed to be away from the supervision of at least one of the staff when she's outside her room. And since there are no staff to be seen around her, she may or may not be getting into some trouble soon.]
